Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get to Arts for Teens at Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School?
Is there lunch available?
No. Your child should bring a bag lunch, and something to drink – lunch is held each day at 12:00pm in the cafeteria. Your child is also welcome to bring bottled water (please label with your child’s name) to have throughout the day.
What do I do with my child’s medication?
All medications should be labeled and left with our office manager, with specific instructions for use.
Will there be outdoor activities or sports?
Yes. If your child is a sports enthusiast, and will likely participate in our sports workshops, please apply sun block before they come to camp! You are also welcome to leave sun block labeled with your child’s name in our office, and we can help them apply it before they go outdoors. Sneakers are required for outdoor sports.
Can I visit camp during the day?
Yes. AfY hosts a 12:30 revue each day, and parents are welcome to attend. The show features our campers, as they share new skills they are learning in classes and workshops, tell jokes and riddles, and present art work they have created throughout the session. Additionally, we hold an Arts Festival on the last day of each session which family and friends are encouraged to attend.
How can I reach the camp by phone?
Before camp begins (through Friday, June 25), please call us at our BSC office number: 508-531-2141. On the first day of camp, we will send home a general information letter, which will include our office phone number at B/R High School.
